My Coulter bush is about 4 years old and about 5-6 ft high. Its foliage is very sparse . It blooms beautifully but looks bad now.. Does it need more water it gets sprinkled 3 times a week and is at the beach, and should it be pruned?? It has one new shoot at the base .
